Since our inception in 1979, HouseMaster has performed over three million home inspections and has grown to approx 320 franchises. Unlike other home inspection franchise companies, all of our franchisees are certified by our National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI).  Our franchisees are committed to continued education and annual re-certification.  We have trained tens of thousands of agents over the years on everything from common conditions found on inspections to  environmental concerns, risk management and pre-inspections.

Franchisees will begin as owner operators, performing the inspections. They are fully trained and certified as part of their initial training. Once they see considerable growth, they'll bring on inspectors as the business scales, eventually becoming an executive owner if that's what they desire.
